At Kink BMX, we stand behind the quality of our components and bikes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our rider support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring all tags and hardware are included. Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship It Back
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center. We recommend insuring your shipment, as Kink BMX is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for resale condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
