How long does shipping take for complete BMX bikes?
Standard shipping for complete bikes typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. All bikes are shipped in heavy-duty boxes to ensure they arrive in competition-ready condition.
Do Kink BMX bikes come fully assembled?
For safety and shipping efficiency, bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We recommend professional assembly at a local bike shop to validate your warranty.
What is your return policy on parts and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and uninstalled parts in their original packaging. Please note that once a part has been mounted or shows signs of wear, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and forks?
Yes, Kink BMX offers a limited warranty against manufacturer defects on all aftermarket frames, forks, and bars. This covers structural failure but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
How do I know which bike size is right for me?
Bike sizing is primarily based on the rider's height. We provide a comprehensive size chart on each product page to help you choose the correct top-tube length for your height and riding style.
